I would like to give a HUGE thank you to SpratlinTowing and their wrecker driver, Mark for doing an outstanding service and job! He was not only concerned about our car but he was also generally concerned about our well being. Once again, words cannot express how thankful I am for Spratlin Towing & Recovery! Definitely will use them again! -Terin H
It was late night on a Sunday. My truck got a screw stuck in the tire while I was hauling a boat. Didn't want to chance a blowout or a flat on my way back to Jacksonville but unfortunately a tow was going to be upwards of $300 even through my insurance. Called these guys to see if they'd do a patch, they weren't able to provide me with that service, so I called more shops to check if anyone could do patches, no one could anyway.
Ended up getting off the phone with my boss, seeing about getting off Monday so I could stay the night and get repairs in the morning... who pulls up just as I hang up? Spratlin Towing. I can't remember the man's name, but as he pulled up he said "my boss sent me to check on you and see if there was anything I could do for you."
They sent someone to come check up on us to make sure we were alright, that's awesome! He led us safely to the best western down the street where I was stopped free of charge. We need more actual HELPFUL and caring companies like this one. -Cody B

TRUE OR FALSE? Until your vehicle is out-of-warranty, it must be serviced by the new car dealer or the factory warranty will be void?
FALSE? Our ASE Certified technicians at Spratlin Towing & Recovery, Inc CAN SERVICE your vehicle if it is under warranty with the same tools typically faster and at a better price point plus we are cross trained in multiple lines of vehicles vs. just the brand at the dealership you bought your car or truck giving you more options!
It’s the law that independent repair shops can provide the services to maintain your new car warranty. Consumers are protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which prohibits a manufacturer from voiding the vehicle warranty because service was done by a non-dealer.
